The Subscription Box process:

  • Ordering
    • All orders must be placed by end of day Wednesday in order to be eligible for Saturday delivery or pickup. Any order placed after Wednesday may not be full filled until the following week.
    • Bottle Deposits will be reimbursed at time of pickup or delivery. Please have your bottles cleaned.
    • All weights are approximate
    • Produce, eggs and other items may vary in appearance from photos in size, shape, colour, etc.
    • Items may vary on occasion
  • Pickup Time:
    • Subscribers who opt for pickup services can collect their subscription boxes between 10 am and 12 pm on Saturdays. These boxes must be paid for ahead of time. Pickup will be at the Market, located at 6548 Sunset Road, St. Thomas, N5P 3S8.
  • Delivery Time:
    • For those who prefer the convenience of delivery, subscription boxes will be delivered on Saturdays between 8 am and 2 pm. These boxes must be paid for ahead of time.
  • Delivery/Pickup Day:
    • It’s important to note that both pickup and delivery services occur exclusively on Saturdays. This consistent schedule allows subscribers to plan accordingly and look forward to receiving or picking up their boxes on a specific day each week.
  • Geographic Coverage:
    • We currently only deliver in the St. Thomas, Port Stanley and Sparta area.
